The Horsley U3A laptop, projection, sound and other equipment are stored in a locker in East Horsley Village Hall. The equipment is for use in Monthly Meetings and also (by prior booking) for use by Activity Groups. Access should normally be arranged via the principal keyholders for the storeroom and locker: Tony Heaney and Ian Eversden although keys are also held by others.

The display panels consist of 3x2 metre high freestanding feet and 4 double sided blue pin boards (900x400mm) plus two dozen board pins.
